DESCRIPTION: Working closely with the Principle Investigator, the Research Assistant (recruiter) will assist in the recruitment and retention of research participants.

DUTIES: The RA will be responsible for developing a study recruitment plan. They will also participate and lead any recruitment activities and will be in charge of promoting the study in online and in-person venues.

QUALIFICATIONS: Successful candidates must have a current previous experience working with gender diverse populations. In addition, the candidate must have the ability to work independently under limited supervision, and have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Candidates who are Bilingual (English/Spanish) and have experience interacting with the transgender community (in professional or social capacities).
